Stainless Steel Ground Rods, Pigtail Ground Rods And Accessories Now Available From Galvan Industries

CHARLOTTE -- Rugged 304 and 316 stainless steel ground rods and mig-welded pigtails for galvanized and copper ground rods in a variety of diameters and lengths are the latest additions to the lineup of grounding rods from Galvan Industries.

Galvan manufactures all models of stainless steel ground rods including sectional rods. Standard sizes range from 5/8-inch by 5 feet to 1-inch by 10 feet. Availability can vary from stock to two weeks. Stainless steel rods, often specified in governmental and industrial installations, may provide a better-performing alternative to other rods when used in adverse soil conditions.

Pigtail configurations are available in several lengths and are permanently mig-welded (vs. compression or exothermic) to copper-clad or hot dip galvanized ground rods.

In addition to 304 stainless steel, copper-clad and hot-dip galvanized ground rods, Galvan's inventory features a broad range of accessory products. Included are budget and heavy-duty ground rod clamps, threaded and threadless ground rod couplings, drive studs, and dual-rated aluminum and bronze pipe clamps, bolted water-pipe clamps, bronze vise-type clamps and square and hex-head beam grounding clamps.

To complement its ground rods, Galvan offers one of the industry's widest selections of copper alloy and zinc die-cast pipe clamps, including economy, heavy-duty and compression (drive on) clamps, threaded and threadless couplings, drive studs and bonding and grounding connectors.

Galvan is the leading U.S. manufacturer of hot dip galvanized, copper clad and stainless steel ground rods. Its electrical and electronic products are used in a wide variety of applications, including commercial/industrial/residential construction, cable TV, lightning protection, power generation, telecommunications and OEM markets.

Made in America and manufactured to comply with applicable UL, RUS, ASTM, ANSI and NEMA requirements, Galvan ground rod products are stocked at strategic sites around the country to assure fast deliveries.
